Hello lovelies!

Yes, this isn't posted on Monday, I know. I'm going to be busy over the weekend, and I want to get this out now, so... yeah.

Due to the fact that my book is going to be available for purchase soon, I've decided to compile this little post in order to reveal a few things and explain!

First off, I want to thank everyone who has supported me and been excited for this release. I'm so excited to finally share Harper's story with you, and I really hope I don't let you down.

Before I get into any of the itty-bitty details and before the book releases, I just want to ask you to be honest. If you read it and you like it, let me know! If you didn't--say it nicely, but let me know (I'm pretty much an emotional squishy blob that is hiding beneath a robotic exoskeleton).

If you like the book, please, please share with friends! It means the world to me if you care enough to share it with someone else.

Anyways... here we go.

For constant updates, you can go check out my Instagram. I'm thinking about starting a YouTube Channel, but my parents are still pretty against me being public (even though if I want my book to be known, I have to expand my platform). ATM, I don't have a Twitter or a Tumblr or a Facebook or anything of that nature. For all my social medias, check out the Connect With Me page. Warning, I do pin a lot of random Tumblr stuff when I'm bored or stressed so... just, beware.

If you guys have any suggestions on what you think would be a good platform to join, lemme know! I am trying to expand and market and stuff so... yeah. If you could follow me on any platform, what would it be?

Anyways, that was another tangent so sorry I kinda... yeah... my brain is just EVERYWHERE.

It will be released (hopefully) in two-or-so weeks. I will post on my Instagram when it's available for purchase, as well as a quick little "YOU CAN BUY IT" thing on here.
Along with the release posts, I will be doing a live stream on both Instagrams, my authorstagram (@the.real.olivia.ann) and my artstagram (@spacey.cactus).

I love it! It's so dark and it fits the story so well! I assisted in the design, however they found the picture and manipulated it.

So yea, this isn't my usual post. But I am an author and as much as it kills me (it's really awkward when I have to promote myself and my work) I have to do stuff like this when I write and publish bc otherwise no one will see it. But yeah.

    I am seriously freaking out for you, olivia. LIKE, THIS IS SO EXITING. YOUR BOOK HAS A COVER. IT'S GOING TO BE RELEASED TO THE WORLD. I'm so happy to be watching this all unfold. *bounces* It's gonna be awesome. :D

      AH THANK YOU SO MUCH! It's nice to not be the only one excited about this. I mean, others are, but they're very non-verbal. I'm so glad you are excited and I'm so glad I've been able to share this journey with you and I just can't wait for you to read it!

Super Secret-But-Not-Really-Cuz-I-Kinda-Already-Mentioned-It-Earlier Special Book Announcement!

Okay, so it wasn't released at 1. I'm just so excited I bumped up the time! I am so excited to announce this, because it's something that's taken up my life that past two or so years. Well, let me fix that wording. I've been working on this 8th rewrite of it for two years. I came up with the original idea back in 2011. I cranked this thing out when I had a dream that turned into my plot (with a few additions and changes, of course), and I instantly went through and kept editing it. Do you suffer from finishing your book, but only having 160 pages? Do you feel like your book is not as in-depth as it could be? Introducing Editing! This amazing program that will consume your life can be very, very helpful--if you know how to use it properly. So, without further-ado, I give you: Now, I myself am an underwriter. I come up with the idea for my story, write it down in paragraph form, all of it being one big long run-on sentence, and then I write it. I don't plot it out, I don't try and figure out what chapter should have what in it. I just speed right on through, starting and ending chapters where I feel they should start and end.
